When preparing to put your home on the market – while it’s listed – and in the time leading up to closing you will have questions. It’s important to have an agent who is available to answer those questions and make the experience of selling your home a positive one. When we meet to list your home setting the right price is critical. Under pricing or over-pricing can be very costly mistakes. The market is constantly changing and with it, home prices rise and fall. I will research the most current information so that you are fully informed about what’s been happening with real estate in your neighbourhood and using that information I will prepare a detailed Property Evaluation Report which you can store in your complimentary Seller’s Binder. Together we will look at market conditions and discuss the best pricing strategy for your home.

After all the showings and open houses we will arrive at the exciting moment when an offer (or more than one) comes in.  It’s important to have an agent in your corner who will be representing you and your best interests during the negotiating process.
